I'm supposed to be cooling it with toys, but couldn't pass on MTMTE Megatron for $35.

Ugh, I have no self-control. HTS's Cyber Monday sale was just too good, so I ordered both Ultra Magnus and Devastator, who should be here by next week.
I wonder if Hasbro will re-release Metroplex, because it would seem that I'm no longer holding out on the Titans. And he commands an even greater price on the secondary market than I ever expected.

I'll let you know if I need any help, Senor!
Ultra Magnus, by the way, is just plain old fucking epic. Minimus Ambus is a bit small (so small you can't focus on him with even a good cellphone camera), but he fits in Magnus's torso perfectly. And I never, ever, ever, ever expected a figure of him.
Seriously, though, we've gotten Tailgate, Swerve, Autobot Megatron, Drift, and now Ultra Magnus with Minimus Ambus inside. We so fucking need Rung, it's not even funny.

I got Walmart black series Kylo, Han & Ceremony Leia. I haven't opened any of them yet - I'll open Kylo for fun at some point but I'm getting the other 2 from Santa so they have to wait.

Technically I got him a few weeks ago, but I just opened the new Titans Return Skullsmashcruncher.
This is one fucking cool little toy. Not a character I was too crazy about before recent MTMTE issues, but worth getting.
I've kind of got to assume he's a character who won't become a Headmaster in the comic. That'd just be odd.

These are the only figures I've been getting this year, and not all of the either due to price point. I do have all of these ones (Old Han as well as ROTJ Han), and they're all pretty good. You'll be pleased. The only figure I haven't been happy with from this collection is the new Stormtrooper, he seems very cheap & bendy for a $20 retail figure. Don't pass on Poseable Pilot Poe if you find one (you likely already have him) as that is a very high quality figure.jjreason wrote:I got Walmart black series Kylo, Han & Ceremony Leia. Even I haven't been able to pull the trigger on Poe for $15.

Steal the cookie money. He and Kylo are the 2 best figures so far in this line by a margin.

I started picking up vintage figures. This past weekend I got Yoda (missing snake and cane) and red Snaggletooth.
I also found a stack of vintage ESB cards for $1. There were about 100 in the stack. After I started going thru them, there were 18 cards from the Black Hole movie and 2 from Battlestar Gallactica.

Dang! That's the best find I've read about in ages - can you post pics at all?

I forgot to mention that I paid $5 each for Yoda and Snaggletooth. In hindsight, I probably should have bought the Death Star Droid the one guy had, too. Yoda was in very good shape. The cards had a little wear on the edges, but they still seemed worth it.

Nice grab.
I'd love to start collecting just the cards with the puzzle backs.
Years ago, I took some of the old perforated puzzle pieces they included with Donruss baseball cards back in the 80s and framed them.
Turned out pretty cool. I'd love to try it with puzzle back cards.

I remember those Donruss puzzles. Never bough enough packs to finish one. The pieces might still be in one of my boxes of cards in the garage.
