i just saw this yesterday... lets just say, it's funny. it's worth a matinee, especially if you have a couple of gift certificates.

the kids in the audience loved it, though. and it was a packed theater, for a 1 o'clock showing on friday. it must've been a "last day out before back to school" type thing, i guess.

I remember when Dana Carvey was funny.

The turtle thing in the previews always cracks me up...

dana carvey is still funny. man, he was the guy while i was growing up, watching saturday night live... all the voices i do now, i attribute to him. one of my friends is trying to convince me to do voice-over work...

the turtle thing is really funny. one of my friends was always cracking up when it came on the tv, or we watched the trailer on apple.com

apparently i can do a pretty good impression of the turtle character, so she would crack up even if we weren't watching the ACTUAL trailer...

Dana Carvey is funny. His movies aren't supposed to be Oscar worthy, just entertaining.. The turtle was definitely cute.. ha ha

Yeah, the turtle was good. The Brent Spiner thing was funny too (I am not going to write it here for those of you who have not seen it yet), but I would have been pissed if I didn't see it as a matinee...with a gift certificate.

Is it okay to talk about other movies besides MoD? It was <s>gay</s> great and all, but there are ten thousand movies out there...

What has Dana Carvey done lately?

Reminisced about being famous? He should host SNL again sometime soon, and revisit just a couple of the old characters. That would be good stuff - though I'm sure he's "past that" nowadays.

He should do something where he's a hard drinking, scruffy faced, womanizing P.I.. Totally against type.
