Fucking Hasbro incompetence

So I ordered the mail-away exclusive GIJoe figure, Doc, back in April. It says to allow 6-8 weeks to receive the figure. I'm in no hurry, right?
The check cashed on May 23. A few days ago, I'm thinking, "It's been a while since that check cashed." So I contact Hasbro by e-mail (can't find any other way to do it), tell them the situation, all the relevant dates, and my contact info.
I got an e-mail back that they have no record of my request, and that, to investigate further, they need me to mail or fax (long distance, of course) a copy of the canceled check. It took me about fifteen minutes to get it from the bank. It was clearly endorsed by Hasbro.
The promotion ended on August 31. They'd better not fucking tell me that I don't get a Doc figure after buying all those duplicate fucking figures because of their incompetence.
It's one thing to keep re-releasing the same Clonetrooper a bazillion times. It's another to obviously partially process an order, then claim to have no record of it.
