A woman called to say her 7 year old son had locked her out of the house. She'd been trying for over an hour to get in, and she also had the dog outside (with its baby pups inside--it looked like they bred dogs).

So the cops came, and this kid kept taunting the mom and the cops, no matter what they said. Finally, they resorted to breaking out a window. Then the kid ran, wearing only his tighty-whities (though it was late afternoon) and hid under his bed. The cops came in, moved the bed, and pulled him out. He kept screaming as they carried him into the living room (past holes in the walls of his room and piles of questionable stuff). He then kept growling and kicking at his mom, and didn't get dressed even though the camera remained on him.

The lady also said she'd called two weeks earlier when he did something similar in a supermarket parking lot.

"But anarky," you say, "Snigtad isn't seven!" Well, not anymore. The episode was from 1999.

Snigtad, I hope your mom beat the shit out of you after that.

I like COPS but don't get to see it too often, but strangely enough I've seen this episode. I've never wanted to punch a little kid so hard in my life. I shit you not. The urge to throttle the living fuck out of that little bastard was almost overwhelming.

What kind of parent allows their kid to gain that much control, though?

Is there any chance that clip is on youtube?
