I can't get over many of the EU "names" for characters and spend a lot of time laughing about them every once in a while...
I especially like how sometimes fanboys will offer "correct" pronunciations for some of the names (this was mostly sparked by "foul moudammas" or whatever. it means fava beans anyways and I am SURE that no fanboy is pronouncing it the way it should sound in Arabic)
I came up with a new FU character over the last week or two, it will have an obviously "vaginal" head sculpt and be named "Fac'e Khunt" (pronounced, correctly "Fassie Coont")
It would obviously be properly pronounced "Face Kunt" (which is where it originnaly came from- I was joking about how if there was a character called "Cunt Face" which had an obvious vagina for a face, fanboys would insist that ther was no co-incidence and accept the obvious lie, perhaps even going against any who would point out the truth)
As is "Labria" wasn't enough vag for SW already..... just don't forget the small, triangular head of curly hair we talked about and I'll line up for a custom Fac'e Khunt figure.
fuck I'd forgotten about Bu Tsechs- maybe spelling the first name with an "h" like "Buh" would make it a tad more obvious, but he's definitely the Jedi for ol Fa'ce

I thought that was cool/funny for a while, but then they just kept doing it, and weren't even being creative about it. IIRC, Plo Koon and Saesee Tiin are based on real life people, but you wouldn't really know it, whereas Cin Drallig . . . I mean, come on now.
Hell, maybe we should just turn this into a "mage ghey FU name" thread, cos me and Nick were trying to think up more the other night and it is rich territory- if the "real" EU wasn't so fucking silly it just wouldn't work, but here we are

Fa'ce I haven't "fleshed out" yet but any ideas are fair game- maybe hes from the "pink zone"... I was thinkin Fa'ce Khunt might be the race name, and the actual character's name would be (Slicks work here) Ghaem Wolut (ham wallet of course) which of couse implies a companion named "Wee'na Sleives" (there ya go, Roll, told ya I'd use it)
