139. At least 142; this didn't mention at least two Star Wars spinoffs, and Fantastic Four has confirmed a sequel (which I bet will be canceled once the movie hits).

There sure are a lot of films on that list that are rumored to be in some level of development, which means absolutely nothing, because many of the big franchises are naturally going to continue, but shit like taking Tara Reid's word that American Pie 5 is happening is proof that this list is bullshit.

So Neil Blomkamp is directing the Aliens sequel that shits on and throws out Aliens 3 and 4. Sigourney Weaver and Michael Biehn are set to return to where they left off at Aliens. Blomkamp who publicly apologised for Elysium and probably did the same for Chappie is being given another go at a big budget movie. Hmmm.
Unfortunately Sigourney and her Brandywine company have a controlling hand in any cinematic Aliens product so if the Aliens franchise is a pile of shit it's down to Sigourney. That she's involved in this one and will no doubt have creative control does not bode well.
Also check out how 'tarded they made Sigourney look in this concept art for the movie. BIGFUKENLULZ!!!!!!!!!!
